Hats Without Heads is a brand of T&D Design & Sundry, LLC. (“we,” “us”). We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to make your piece and stay in touch when you ask us to, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Consultation requests. When you fill out our request form, we collect the details you provide — your name, email, phone (if given), what you’d like made, budget and timing, reference images, sizing, and shipping location.
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you opt in, we collect your email address to send care tips and first looks at new work.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, quote and create your commission, and arrange delivery.
- To send you emails only if you opted in — you can unsubscribe from any of them at any time.
Who helps us handle it
We use trusted services to run the studio: Tally (request forms), n8n (routing your request to us), Notion (keeping track of commissions), Klaviyo (email list), and Google Workspace (email). They process your information only to provide these services to us.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails anytime using the link in any message.
- Ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — just email us.
Keeping it safe & how long
We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and meet our records obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.
